Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize software applications for strategic products.
Analyze requirements, prepare technical solution designs, and implement customer functionality in Java or another selected object-oriented language.
Automate infrastructure and application deployments and support monitoring, availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Perform system testing, unit testing, fault analysis, and code-quality activities before deployment.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architectural guidance, and best-practice direction to the development team.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, project managers, internal and external customers, and Scrum teams.
Participate in internal evaluation processes and strategic technology initiatives.

Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
At least 7 years of experience in ICT Systems Engineering and experience in a senior application development position.
Expert Java programming skills with strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced database development experience with OracleDB and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with Linux-based operating systems and strong general IT skills.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, mentoring, and product-management capabilities.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level.
Passion for AI, continuous learning, and finding innovative ways to apply AI in daily work.
