Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize software applications for strategic products.
- Analyze requirements, prepare technical solution designs, and implement customer functionality in Java or another selected object-oriented language.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments and support monitoring, availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Perform system testing, unit testing, fault analysis, and code-quality activities before deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architectural guidance, and best-practice direction to the development team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, project managers, internal and external customers, and Scrum teams.
- Participate in internal evaluation processes and strategic technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
- At least 7 years of experience in ICT Systems Engineering and experience in a senior application development position.
- Expert Java programming skills with strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced database development experience with OracleDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with Linux-based operating systems and strong general IT skills.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, mentoring, and product-management capabilities.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level.
- Passion for AI, continuous learning, and finding innovative ways to apply AI in daily work.
