Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise-grade integrations using the Workato ONE platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain deep API integrations across business-critical systems.
- Leverage AI-powered automation to improve efficiency and process optimization.
- Establish reusable integration architecture patterns and governance standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Lead integration initiatives end-to-end, including sprint execution and delivery accountability.
- Provide senior-level escalation support for critical integrations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an API Developer or Integration Engineer.
- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Workato.
- Deep expertise in building and operating complex Workato recipes.
- Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and intelligent automation.
- Proven experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms across various domains.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise integration best practices and iPaaS architectures.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and API security best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of HR data models and compliance requirements.
