Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and applications for Audible’s global audiobook platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and launch customer-centric software solutions.
- Write scalable and maintainable code and contribute to team technical decisions.
- Apply data structures, algorithms, and diverse design approaches to solve challenging technical problems.
- Clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and lead developers while fostering technical understanding and curiosity.
- Drive continuous improvement in software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.

- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements, estimate development work, and evaluate design approaches.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications.
