Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce applications, integrations, and business processes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, Lightning components, workflows, and security settings.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, API, and integration testing for successful releases.
- Test REST and SOAP API integrations and validate end-to-end data flows across connected systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with development and business teams.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and provide quality metrics and continuous-improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and user security models.
- Experience configuring Salesforce environments, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and flow automations.
- Expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
- Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs and third-party integrations using tools such as Postman.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience validating data with SOQL and SQL queries.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification, enterprise application and integration testing experience, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices.
