Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system behavior and help maintain application reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for the knowledge base.
- Contribute to improvements in support processes and tools.
- Provide timely issue-status and resolution updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in React.js.
- Proficiency in React.js and experience with related JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with web-application debugging tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
