Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the developer-facing narrative for the model library through guides, tutorials, and demos.
- Build and nurture both sides of the model ecosystem.
- Develop evaluation frameworks that reflect real-world developer needs.
- Create community programs and educational initiatives for model discovery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve products based on developer feedback.
- Represent Baseten at conferences and community events.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a developer with coding skills.
- Proven track record in developer relations or technical content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Experience building or contributing to developer communities or open source projects.
- Genuine curiosity about the AI/ML model landscape.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward ownership.
