Responsibilities
- Review, refactor, modernize, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET software applications.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations, interfaces, ETL processes, and large-scale data movement between applications, CRM platforms, databases, and cloud services.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases while ensuring data integrity, performance, and secure data access.
- Use Azure, Azure Service Bus, and Data Factory for cloud solutions and support automation workflows.
- Define and enforce development standards, design patterns, coding practices, security practices, documentation expectations, and deployment guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and pull-request approvals for onshore and offshore resources.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, stakeholders, and end users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests or similar experiments and coordinate QA and regression testing before and after deployments.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, scope validation, effort estimation, and sprint execution.
- Provide application support, customer support, incident triage, and Tier 1 after-hours/on-call coverage.
- Analyze complex technical and business problems and contribute to continuous improvement and application modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong technical background in C#/.NET, SQL Server, Python, ETL, and data integration.
- Experience participating in or leading code reviews and pull-request approval processes.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience using Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong engineering judgment, attention to detail, customer-service orientation, accountability, and ownership of code quality and production stability.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD practices, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce, enterprise CRM and marketing interfaces, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools, Agile/Scrum, Entity Framework, and Property & Casualty insurance.
