Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for new markets.
- Research market-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop technical blueprints for o9 planning solutions, including software, hardware, and network components.
- Define integration strategies with existing systems and processes.
- Design scalable system and tenant architectures, data models, application components, and user interfaces.
- Define and gather non-functional requirements to support rollouts.
- Ensure solutions meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document architecture, design specifications, integration points, and data flows.
- Guide development teams and provide technical support throughout implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Experience configuring and implementing o9 Solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proven experience designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies is preferred.
