Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Adaptive AUTOSAR applications and services on Linux/QNX-based automotive HPC platforms.
- Design, implement, integrate, debug, and optimize software components using modern C++.
- Develop service-oriented applications and communication services using automotive middleware and protocols.
- Create unit, integration, and automated test frameworks and perform software validation and troubleshooting.
- Develop CI/CD build and deployment pipelines and participate in architecture and code reviews.
- Monitor software quality metrics, maintain technical documentation, and support ASPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is stated; the professional skills section additionally specifies 9–12 years of automotive embedded software or Automotive ECU Software experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with modern C++ development on Linux/QNX platforms and mandatory hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR, middleware services, automotive HPC, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with Software Defined Vehicles, domain controllers, zonal architectures, centralized compute platforms, multi-threading, IPC, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, SOME/IP, DDS, MQTT, automotive middleware, platform abstraction layers, and software integration.
- Proficiency with Git, CMake or Bazel, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, and debugging/profiling tools including GDB, Valgrind, Wireshark, and CANoe.
- Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 21434 cybersecurity, ISO 26262 functional safety, software quality metrics, static analysis, and coding guideline compliance.
- Preferred qualification includes iSAQB CPSA-F training and experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
