Base Salary
$180k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and design security architecture for application code and AWS infrastructure.
- Automate security and compliance processes for SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements.
- Secure AI agents, sensitive client data, and production systems end to end.
- Create reusable security modules and automated guardrails for engineers.
- Make pragmatic decisions on security solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building or securing software and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS environments and understanding IAM and networking.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, RBAC, ABAC, and multi-tenant isolation.
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills in managing security risks.
- 2+ years at the same company with demonstrated growth or recognition.
