Responsibilities
- Champion the development of novel ML systems and product integrations.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Learn and share the latest AI/ML technologies with the team.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in LLM, including pretraining and fine-tuning.
- Experience building Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems at scale.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
