Responsibilities
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain scalable Cloud Agent applications supporting millions of endpoints.
- Architect and implement moderate-to-complex modules using high-quality C/C++ code and object-oriented design principles.
- Develop multithreaded, synchronized, parallel, high-performance, and resilient systems.
- Debug complex issues and apply strong data structures, algorithms, and IPC knowledge.
- Participate in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and other software development lifecycle practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other teams to resolve technical questions and build consensus.
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of hands-on C/C++ development experience on enterprise or consumer products for Linux, Unix, or Solaris platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related listed qualification, with 5 to 10 years of experience in the offered job or a similar software engineering role.
- Experience with object-oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, multithreading, thread synchronization, parallel processing, IPC, and scalable application development.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, communication, and independent design skills.
- Exposure to C++11 or C++14 and a unit testing framework.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, networking technologies, SSL/TLS, and cryptography is desirable.
