Responsibilities
- Lead complex Guidewire integration and Application Evolution Services engagements across on-premises, SaaS, hybrid IT, and cloud environments.
- Design scalable Guidewire solution strategies and deliver integrations with xCenter and external applications.
- Support, maintain, and continuously transform Guidewire solutions while addressing client escalations and improving business processes.
- Lead global teams, establish direction, coach consultants, mentor junior resources, and manage team utilization and learning.
- Develop proposals, presentations, project plans, workshops, whitepapers, and other advisory and practice materials.
- Build client relationships, identify potential service opportunities, and define resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Contribute as an internal and external thought leader through blogs, training, and white papers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Advanced and extensive experience with Guidewire application managed services and integration projects.
- Expert ability to navigate business processes and enterprise solution perspectives across the Guidewire product suite.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, ContactManager, xCenter integrations, and external applications.
- Experience with Apache Camel, Edge API, Gosu, the Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, object-oriented programming, JavaScript, Java web services, XML, and Guidewire Studio toolkits.
- Experience leading complex engagements, proposal development, advisory-level work, client roadmap discussions, and global consulting teams.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
