Base Salary
$155k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical conversations across 20+ active enterprise deals from initial discovery through signed contract.
- Translate customer requirements into implementable solution designs and negotiate integration architecture with technical buyers.
- Co-author mutual action plans with Account Executives and help resolve security reviews, legal redlines, and other deal blockers.
- Demo Socure’s no-code decisioning platform to technical and executive audiences.
- Configure identity, fraud, and device signals in the RiskOS Platform, including thresholds, reason-code branching, fallbacks, and step-ups.
- Escalate customer requirements to Product and Engineering and push back when requested solutions are not appropriate.
- Hand off completed decisioning workflows to Post-Sales and Technical Project Management teams while preserving technical context for go-live.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales.
- Track record of technical ownership on complex enterprise deals valued at $500K+ ACV, ideally involving 6–12 month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience configuring, demonstrating, or deploying a SaaS platform as part of a sales motion.
- Ability to communicate technical details to engineers and business value to executives.
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, basic SQL, distributed systems, API debugging, and no-code workflow configuration.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
- Preferred experience in fraud, identity verification, decisioning, risk, KYC/AML, fintech infrastructure, no-code or low-code orchestration platforms, enterprise integration patterns, and ML/statistics concepts such as precision, recall, AUC, and model performance.
