Responsibilities
- Map client processes and journeys before and after Kargo implementation using process maps, flow charts, spaghetti diagrams, and documented facility information.
- Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather implementation data, calculate ROI, document deliverables, and recommend process improvements.
- Provide industrial and software engineering support for Kargo's computer vision, machine learning, software stack, and compute solutions.
- Optimize the shipping, installation, and warehouse positioning of physical Kargo towers with Hardware, Software, and Field Service teams.
- Map inbound and outbound facility processes and identify opportunities for software enhancements, automation, digitization, validation, and system integration.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, system integrators, and internal teams to architect complex solutions and support product strategy.
- Present solution value and ROI concepts and deliver detailed or high-level product demonstrations.
- Manage and work within a dedicated demo environment and support continuous product and operational improvement.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical solutions role preferred.
- Understanding of supply chain requirements and systems used in food and beverage, third-party logistics, and complex distribution environments, including WMS, TMS, ERP, and other automation solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Experience and proficiency with Atlassian Suite, Figma, Datadog, and other productivity software solutions preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or similar experience preferred.
