Responsibilities
- Map client processes before and after Kargo implementation using process maps, flow charts, spaghetti diagrams, and photographic documentation.
- Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather implementation data, calculate ROI, document deliverables, and recommend process improvements.
- Provide industrial and software engineering support for Kargo’s computer vision, machine learning, software stack, and compute.
- Optimize the shipping, installation, and physical positioning of Kargo towers in warehouse environments.
- Map facility inbound and outbound processes and identify opportunities for software features, integrations, automation, digitization, and data validation.
- Identify accuracy gaps and map technical integration specifications between client systems of record and Kargo’s software stack.
- Collaborate with partners and system integrators to support product strategy with product, business, and technical expertise.
- Architect complex solutions that meet demanding business requirements.
- Present solution value and ROI concepts and deliver detailed or high-level product demonstrations.
- Manage and work within a dedicated demo environment and support continuous product and operational improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical solutions experience preferred.
- Experience understanding supply-chain requirements in food and beverage, third-party logistics, or complex distribution environments preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and other automation solutions preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Suite, Figma, Datadog, and other productivity software preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
