Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Serve as an airport-industry and ArcGIS subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
- Craft and propose GIS solutions that address customer challenges and demonstrate business value.
- Design and deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and trade-show content.
- Advise customers on the use, deployment, and administration of Esri technology.
- Help plan and execute sales strategies and define technology strategies aligned with customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web-application configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience working in or supporting the airport industry.
- Understanding of ArcGIS in an IT context, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, sales processes, and business development processes.
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying database management system technology.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure or AWS environments.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, troubleshooting, and customer-consulting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, software integration experience, real-time data-stream integration, AI/ML concepts, and Python or JavaScript programming and scripting.
