Base Salary
$131k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and signed partners.
- Design and document scalable integration architectures, workflows, and data exchanges.
- Guide partners through REST API, webhook, authentication, SSO, sandbox, and production-readiness processes.
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and mitigate integration risks.
- Standardize implementation patterns and create documentation, templates, and integration playbooks.
- Bridge partner engineering teams with internal Product and Engineering.
- Identify API expansion opportunities, improve partner workflows, and provide structured product feedback.
- Follow company security policies, complete security awareness training, and report suspected security incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong fluency with APIs and integration patterns including REST, JSON, and webhooks, with the ability to design and debug end-to-end integrations.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, authentication, identity standards, and secure system design.
- Experience partnering with enterprise engineering teams to implement scalable, production-grade integrations.
- Ability to architect complete system workflows and data exchanges, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate ambiguous requirements into implementation plans.
- Strong troubleshooting, written communication, verbal communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Partnerships stakeholders.
- Fintech or regulated financial services experience and familiarity with CRM, Loan Origination Systems, and other financial platforms are preferred.

- Base compensation is listed at $131,398-$197,097 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target and RSUs.
