Responsibilities
- Develop and scale complex AI Agents for cybersecurity use cases.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure backend systems for agentic workloads.
- Own the development lifecycle from concept and design through deployment and maintenance.
- Integrate new features and services across engineering, design, and product teams.
- Monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on user feedback and changing requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute leadership in technical discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong backend development experience, including RESTful API design, database management, and server-side frameworks such as Python.
- Working knowledge of machine learning principles and experience integrating LLMs or other AI services into production applications.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and their ML services.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of AI systems architecture, performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
