Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and engineering teams to define objectives for UI/UX systems.
- Develop and prototype UI/UX systems for mission-specific requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of UI/UX performance.
- Analyze test data to identify model strengths and weaknesses.
- Refine and optimize systems for robustness and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex system challenges and provide technical guidance.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation and technical reports.
- Maintain awareness of emerging AI/ML technologies and practices.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance; Top Secret preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in UX Design and software development.
- Expertise in developing and securing applications in defense environments.
- Experience with data science, dashboard development, and interface design.
- Familiarity with LLMs, MLOps pipelines, and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in software and cyber engineering principles.
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor junior engineers.
- DoD 8570 Advanced certification must be obtained and maintained.
