Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to on-premises and cloud-based platforms and applications using IoT communication interfaces.
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using React, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
- Build responsive front ends, scalable back-end services, web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define development roadmaps, and execute Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Apply OWASP security guidelines, secure authentication and authorization, encryption, threat modeling, and IEC 62443-4-1 Secure Development Lifecycle practices.
- Prepare architecture documents, design specifications, UML diagrams, test plans, and other technical documentation.
- Perform unit-level testing and validation while maintaining secure, high-quality, and maintainable code.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech degree.
- 8–12 years of experience with strong hands-on full-stack development expertise.
- Strong experience with React, Angular, Node.js, web services, WebSockets, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and React Native.
- Experience with IoT protocols including MQTT and CoAP, relational and NoSQL databases, and object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, web data encryption, secure authentication and authorization, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Experience with Agile development practices and cross-functional, geographically distributed collaboration.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Python, C#, or C++.
- Experience in industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, or digital product engineering is preferred.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams at Manager, Senior Manager, or DGM level is preferred.
