Responsibilities
- Drive frontend development initiatives centered on Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Work with the Tech Lead to improve development structure and optimize role allocation.
- Support the transition to a frontend-led production deployment model.
- Coordinate requirements with Design, Product Management, and Backend teams.
- Define and improve development workflows, release operations, and quality improvement processes.
- Conduct and support frontend code reviews and design reviews.
- Support technical decision-making and organize team-level issues.
- Support member growth and development, with future participation in evaluation, hiring, and team building.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience.
- Experience developing web services with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with web service development and REST API integration.
- Experience in frontend code review, architecture design, and quality improvement.
- Experience improving development workflows and release operations.
- Experience driving development with Tech Leads and cross-functional Design, Product Management, and Backend teams.
- Preferred experience building frontend deployment infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred experience collaborating with Java backend teams and leading a transition to frontend-led development.
- Preferred experience managing engineering teams and handling goal setting, hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
