Responsibilities
- Modernize front-end development for Web services and mobile apps using AI-assisted component design and UI implementation.
- Integrate AI-assisted design, legacy-code analysis, documentation, specification checks, and automated testing into back-end and core-system development.
- Optimize development workflows with development partners while ensuring the quality and robustness of AI-generated code.
- Deploy AI-driven development practices across the organization through knowledge sharing, effective prompts, workshops, and technical enablement.
- Evaluate new AI tools and libraries and prototype improvements for production use.
- Collaborate with engineers and development partners to introduce AI into high-security, large-scale financial infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical software engineering experience.
- Experience designing and implementing Web or mobile app front-end or back-end systems.
- A proven record of autonomously optimizing development processes and solving technical challenges beyond writing code.
- Practical coding, refactoring, and test-generation experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
- Ability to quickly learn and validate new technologies and apply them to business problems.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and automated testing, including AI-based efficiency and automation.
- Financial or securities-system development experience is preferred.
- Practical AI-driven development experience, including test automation, documentation automation, or AI-agent workflow construction, is preferred.
- Project leadership or team-management experience is preferred.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes and Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure and environment automation is preferred.
- TOEIC score exceeding 800; applicants without a current score must obtain one after joining.
- Advanced English and fluent Japanese language proficiency are stated.
