Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain integrations with third-party tools, vendor platforms, and recovery agents.
- Design, consume, test, and scale APIs, including handling complex schemas and data ingestion pipelines.
- Design and develop backend services and integrations that meet production stability, latency, and performance standards.
- Establish microservices and supporting infrastructure, drive initial production launches, and provide production support.
- Apply sound software architecture, development, testing, and maintainability practices.
- Provide secondary support for frontend and interface needs related to agentic workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend software engineering experience focused on production-grade architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing, consuming, and scaling REST/gRPC APIs, defining schemas, and building reliable data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Object-oriented programming experience with C#/.NET Core and/or Python preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms and modern microservice architecture.
- Experience or familiarity with unit, integration, and load testing, CI/CD practices, and scalable software design.
