Responsibilities
- Develop backend features in Elixir.
- Design and evolve end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, integration, and deployment.
- Analyze client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while contributing to product quality.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and robustness.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, development, and client teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of projects and development practices.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience.
- Minimum Bac+3 degree in engineering; Bac+5 is preferred.
- Backend development experience, ideally with Elixir or a functional programming language.
- Good understanding of software development concepts and APIs.
- React or frontend knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with technical challenges and client relationships.
- Very good knowledge of ITIL processes, including incidents, changes, and releases.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices is preferred.
- Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and ability to learn new technologies.
