Responsibilities
- Build frontend applications and human-like user experiences for the HALO AI platform.
- Leverage AI models with CM.com’s proprietary platform to develop AI-powered product capabilities.
- Validate and explore new product concepts through rapid experimentation.
- Maintain and scale the existing platform.
- Contribute to the product’s technical direction and improve development processes with AI, automation, and smart tooling.
- Make fast decisions, test ideas, learn from outcomes, and help shape the future scope of the role.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer building applications in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue, plus HTML, CSS, and responsive design tools.
- An affinity for design and an interest in improving user experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a complex, high-pressure environment.
- A strong product mindset focused on iterative software development.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Cowork to modernize workflows.
- An existing permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands is required.
