Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Moveworks and ServiceNow agentic solutions for enterprise IT, HR, and service workflows.
- Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms, HRIS, collaboration channels, and SaaS tools using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins, including HTTP actions, conversational processes, and compound actions.
- Configure ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, catalog and knowledge content, and related AI capabilities.
- Tune enterprise search and RAG retrieval, troubleshoot agent and plugin execution using logs and analytics, and remediate production issues.
- Lead workstreams from discovery through deployment, conduct client architecture reviews, mentor software engineers, and support pre-sales solution scoping.
Requirements
- 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow across at least two capabilities, including 2+ years as a solution architect or technical lead.
- 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience or comparable conversational AI platform experience, including Agent Studio or Creator Studio plugins, AI Assistant configuration, or enterprise search.
- 4+ years building REST/SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, cloud-to-cloud, and bi-directional integrations.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder.
- Working knowledge of prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, and AI output evaluation.
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
- Client-facing consulting experience and the ability to explain complex AI behavior to technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, Now Assist or AI Agents certifications, Moveworks Academy certification, ITIL 4 Foundation, and experience with Workday, Okta, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Python, JavaScript, MCP, or large consulting firms.
