Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with operations, product, business, and customer teams to understand problems and translate them into shipped software.
- Build and deploy full-stack solutions using Go and related services, GCP infrastructure, enterprise data platforms, integrations, and automation.
- Design, develop, secure, and operate custom applications, API integrations, IoT and edge systems, and cloud-native services.
- Own architecture, infrastructure-as-code, environments, delivery pipelines, and production outcomes end to end.
- Help define AI-native engineering practices and build practical AI/ML capabilities and intelligent automation.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and technical knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development, systems architecture, and production-system integration.
- Experience taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from initial discussion through working production software; forward-deployed, field, solutions engineering, or founding-engineer experience is valued.
- Production or applied-business experience with AI/ML and practical use of generative AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Go, Python, TypeScript, API design, GCP, modern cloud architectures, infrastructure-as-code, and delivery automation.
- Experience with MQTT, IoT, edge computing, manufacturing technologies, and ERP, CRM, or MES integrations is highly valued.
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively across technical and business teams, and deliver simple, secure solutions in ambiguous environments.
