Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models and validate outputs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead value creation workshops.
- Enable customer users to independently use and extend the solution.
- Document solution design decisions for future reference.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
- Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling and process analysis.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and experience with prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluency in English and German required.
