Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops and define customer use cases, project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • Configure data connectivity and extraction pipelines, coordinating with specialist resources when needed.
  • Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and operational solutions, and validate their outputs.
  • Build and configure Celonis Process Intelligence Graph solutions, data transformations, process analyses, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, define success measures, and quantify business impact.
  • Design and build operational solutions that improve process conformance, value, and adoption.
  • Enable, train, and demonstrate solutions to customer users for sustained independent adoption.
  • Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations, and document solution decisions for handover.
  • Develop domain or industry expertise and create scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Standardize high-value use cases and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on platform roadmap development.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within a software vendor, consulting firm, or system integrator.
  • Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
  • Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to write specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively.
  • Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong enterprise business-process and financial-metrics knowledge, with SAP or Oracle and process-area knowledge as strong pluses.
  • Ability to lead customer workshops, present to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and work with technical and business audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, value-orientation, learning agility, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.
