Responsibilities
- Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using the Appian platform.
- Analyze client business strategies and operations to design technical solutions for workflow inefficiencies.
- Use design thinking to create functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
- Integrate application, business intelligence, knowledge management, and process improvement capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
- Strong foundation in computer systems or structural logic, or demonstrable interest in emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret organizational strategies, and translate them into process workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing work.
- Foundational relational database experience, such as Oracle or SQL Server, is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is preferred.
