Responsibilities
- Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using the Appian platform.
- Evaluate client business strategies and operations to design technical solutions for workflow inefficiencies.
- Use design thinking to build functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
- Integrate applications and apply process improvement disciplines including business intelligence and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
- Strong foundational understanding of computer systems or structural logic, or demonstrable passion for emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret organizational strategies, and translate them into process workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing environments.
- Foundational experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is preferred.
