Responsibilities
- Design large-scale backend systems and distributed services.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Ensure service reliability through monitoring, deployment, and operational best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response when required.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern C++ programming, including C++11 and later.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and a solid understanding of system programming.
- Experience developing low-latency, millisecond-scale systems with throughput above 1K QPS per machine.
- Experience with service optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with modern build systems, operation automation tools, and monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks is preferred.
- Fluency in English or Chinese.
