Base Salary
$105k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed security requirements into new product and feature designs, partnering with privacy and DPO teams when appropriate.
- Advise senior product and technology stakeholders and influence security outcomes independently.
- Coordinate with Information Security teams to involve the appropriate specialists in feature design.
- Create and maintain customer trust materials, including brochures, whitepapers, security questionnaire resources, and knowledge-base articles.
- Support the Customer Engagement team in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and share security and stakeholder-engagement knowledge.
- Stay current on the security implications of AI and evolving product capabilities.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a SaaS or cloud-based product environment.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams and influencing technical decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS security domains such as data protection, identity, and application security.
- Experience translating security policy into technical or computational requirements.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and operating autonomously across a global team.
- Curiosity about AI tools and their impact on product development and security practice.
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Experience responding to customer security questionnaires and maintaining a trust knowledge base.
- Specialist security certification is valuable but not required.
