Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature development for the Advisor product from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to iterate and validate features.
- Utilize Claude Code as a development collaborator for software enhancements.
- Design and implement integrations with external APIs for medical data.
- Maintain a strong testing culture with unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Communicate design proposals and updates clearly with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of work experience in software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with testing and automation in software development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and eagerness to use Claude Code.
- Production experience with Postgres for data management.
- Comfortable with Docker and modern deployment workflows.
