Responsibilities
- Use agentic AI tools and AIOps to accelerate and improve the software development lifecycle.
- Automate low-value development tasks and share AI-assisted development practices with the team.
- Develop new features, modernize existing solutions, improve user experience, and integrate systems.
- Design and deploy production data pipelines and ML architectures.
- Build LLM-, RAG-, and vector-search-based solutions grounded in real clinical data.
- Integrate models into operational workflows and improve the quality, performance, and evolution of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated foundations in object-oriented programming and algorithmic logic.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, understand complex systems, and develop new skills independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in both French and English, including written and oral communication.
- Initiative, intellectual curiosity, continuous-improvement mindset, ambition, and willingness to grow.
- Experience in programming, cloud environments, systems integration, AI feature development, B2B enterprise solutions, or regulated environments is an asset.
