Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML and AI solutions aligned with patient product goals.
- Build and maintain large-scale retrieval pipelines, including hybrid search and vector databases.
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM and VLM models using advanced techniques.
- Build and orchestrate agentic AI systems integrating external data.
- Define metrics aligned with product goals and run controlled experiments.
- Deploy solutions to production, ensuring reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong experience in Information Retrieval and modern retrieval stacks.
- Proficient in LLM and VLM application development.
- Hands-on experience building and orchestrating agentic AI systems.
- Demonstrate strong scientific rigor in designing metrics and communicating results.
- Experience operating large-scale applications in production and fluent in English.
