Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure for AI/ML solutions.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and model deployment.
- Support the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Automate blue/green and canary deployments, rollbacks, and other release strategies.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, logging, metrics, tracing, and observability for production systems.
- Optimize compute, storage, GPU usage, performance, scalability, and cost.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate scripting, automation, and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain system reliability and availability.
- Support developers and data scientists with DevOps tooling and practices.
- Implement DevSecOps, security, secrets management, and compliance standards.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- Strong experience with MLOps and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP and related AI services.
- Expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting and automation.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog for monitoring and observability.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security standards.
- Experience with Vault or AWS Secrets Manager for secrets and configuration management.
- Experience optimizing AI workloads using GPUs.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
