Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve escalated billing support tickets.
- Take ownership of core billing platform operations.
- Collaborate with the Billing Architect for operational excellence.
- Augment revenue assurance tooling and synthetic testing.
- Manage operational aspects of new product launches.
- Develop and maintain automation tooling for billing tasks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless billing processes.
- Contribute to the documentation of billing processes.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Go, with experience in Ruby as a plus.
- Experience with billing systems and processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
