Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and integrate Web Forms, MVC web applications, APIs, and batch processes.
- Develop supply chain software using .NET, C#, and Angular to improve demand forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and Oracle databases for data integrity and performance.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with internal teams on software design, architecture, and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify recurring solution problems, and develop remediation patterns.
- Provide techno-functional guidance and support based on business processes, ecosystems, capabilities, and constraints.
- Lead and execute GitHub migration projects and maintain source-control and collaborative development practices.
- Create software lifecycle documentation and provide project updates to technical leads and senior developers.
- Participate in project planning and delivery meetings.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and contribute to solution development and strategic planning.
- Take ownership of projects and proactively identify and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional IT programming experience with .NET, C#, Web Forms, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- At least 2 years of working knowledge of cloud technologies and components.
- Strong experience with .NET, .NET Core, Web API, REST, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of source-control tools and environments including TFS, GitHub, and Git.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, coding practices, design patterns, software architectures, and application performance improvement.
- Understanding or expertise in Angular, React JS, or Vue JS is nice to have.
- Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, database administrators, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and translating business needs into technical solutions is nice to have.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or relevant experience in the field.
- Strong planning, organizational, oral communication, written communication, analytical, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and initiative-taking skills.
