Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and security challenges.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Value engagements.
  • Design and recommend solution architectures that align with customer environments.
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable customer value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Advise on integrating the Vectra AI Platform with existing security ecosystems.
  • Present technical concepts to various stakeholders, including executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.
  • Represent Vectra AI at customer events and industry conferences.
  • Mentor peers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Travel within the assigned region as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Security Engineer or Sales Engineer.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customer engagements.
  • Strong consultative mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical practitioners and security leadership.
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions from discovery to validation.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with sales teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with channel partners and partner-led sales engagements is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain.
  • Understanding of incident response methodologies and security governance.
