Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
- Develop internal tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Architect automation pipelines using LLM APIs and orchestration tools.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for AI workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for go-to-market systems.
- Develop automated outbound and demand generation systems.
- Create account-based marketing workflows and integrate ad platforms.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual workflows.
- Develop tools for improved data access and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure systems integrate into workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Highly skilled in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience designing data pipelines, APIs, and system architectures.
- Proficient with modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Comfortable in early-stage startup environments.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and translate needs into solutions.
- Ownership of outcomes and measuring impact.
