Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms.
- Lead implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs.
- Deploy, operate, monitor, version, and maintain AI/ML solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Design and oversee scalable data pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, transformation, and quality controls.
- Lead model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization while monitoring data drift.
- Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, document technical solutions, and explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research emerging AI technologies and experiment with approaches to improve current and future solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, or Agent-ai.
- Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Azure DevOps methodologies or tools.
- Polish skills.
