Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications using tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Create RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate results, and communicate trade-offs with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of Java full stack development experience.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are listed as additional or preferred technologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
