Responsibilities
- Improve the quality and reliability of software for complex electro-mechanical automation and robotics systems.
- Perform system-level testing, work-product reviews, process audits, and data-driven quality improvement.
- Lead test strategy and test deliverables across projects.
- Diagnose cross-disciplinary issues and drive measurable quality and process improvements.
- Mentor other team members.
