Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end platform architecture across APIs, data, and integrations.
- Design scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native systems for high concurrency and burst traffic.
- Drive event-driven architecture and AWS Serverless adoption.
- Lead PHP architecture, defining standards for DDD, APIs, and performance.
- Architect and optimize AWS Serverless solutions.
- Design and scale OpenSearch/Elasticsearch for real-time data use cases.
- Build for resilience and reliability, including multi-region and disaster recovery.
- Embed security, compliance, and observability best practices.
- Mentor teams and lead design reviews.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering.
- 8-13 years in software engineering, with 3+ years in architecture leadership roles.
- Expert in PHP (Laravel & Symfony) with large-scale production experience.
- Proven experience architecting high-traffic, SaaS or real-time platforms.
- Strong expertise in AWS Serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, caching, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated success building highly scalable, low-latency systems.
- Strong experience in resilience, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders.
