Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automations using generative AI and workflow orchestration technologies.
- Build and maintain secure integrations across Professional Services systems.
- Develop reusable automation components that scale across engagements.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and compliant.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and delivery risk through AI automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate automation fit within existing processes.
- Define success metrics for automations and track realized benefits.
- Package successful automations into scalable assets and support their adoption.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or software engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in professional services or consulting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS tooling is advantageous.
