Responsibilities
- Deploy and validate application environments while managing change effectively.
- Run core Azure services in production, including VMs, App Services, and Azure SQL.
- Handle operational tasks to maintain platform reliability, such as patching and backups.
- Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis for system failures.
- Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to support mission-critical workloads.
- Develop AI-driven workflows for operational intelligence and alert triage.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience operating Azure in production, preferably including Azure Government Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure compute, storage, and networking services.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, OS, network, and application layers.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Shell.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep is a plus.
- Familiarity with container-based workloads and Azure security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted operations and automation.
