Responsibilities
- Build and operate shared AI platform capabilities and services.
- Manage Sandbox, Dev, Test, and Production environments with controlled promotion.
- Automate build, validation, deployment, versioning, rollback, and CI/CD processes.
- Administer agent configuration, deployment, publishing, lifecycle, and operational controls.
- Track model, agent, API, and infrastructure consumption and establish cost visibility.
- Manage identity, secrets, connections, environment isolation, and platform-level security controls.
- Establish production readiness, operational runbooks, incident support, and lifecycle management.
- Reduce manual administration through reusable infrastructure, deployment, and operational automation.
- Administer AI platforms, Foundry environments, Copilot Studio, and other agent platforms.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of overall experience in AI platform engineering or related modern AI workloads.
- At least 3 years of AI Platform Engineering experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant Enterprise Applications experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on production operations experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or agent platforms.
- Experience with containers/Kubernetes, AI/GenAI platforms, AgentOps, observability, and telemetry.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments with security, governance, monitoring, and automation.
- Experience moving applications or agents through Sandbox, Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across platform, application, integration, identity, and infrastructure layers.
- Good written and spoken business English.
