Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Auto Scaling, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, and EKS.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and related tools.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes and EKS.
- Develop automation scripts using Linux, Bash, and Python.
- Monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana.
- Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and secrets management.
- Optimize the cost and performance of AWS workloads.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of overall IT experience, including 4 or more years of AWS DevOps experience.
- Experience with AWS core services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Auto Scaling, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, and EKS.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code; CloudFormation experience is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Bash, and Python scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana.
- Strong understanding of AWS networking, security, and IAM policies.
