Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using Sales Hub or Field Service.
- Develop software hands-on as part of an agile team responsible for designing, building, and delivering solutions.
- Build system integrations and APIs to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present, refine, and evolve products and solutions.
- Mentor and support software engineers across products, business areas, and stakeholder groups.
- Lead application solution definition and technical design, including technical review of other engineers’ work.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced English for communication in a global environment.
- Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales Hub, Field Service, or Customer Service.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET and modern JavaScript (ES6+) and/or Node.js.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Functions, Resource Groups, Key Vault, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and system integrations.
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps in trunk-based development environments with automated pipelines and deployment processes.
- Preferred experience includes GitHub Actions, Terraform, automated unit/integration/end-to-end testing, React, React Testing Library, and distributed-system performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability.
- Ability to act as a technical reference and promote software engineering best practices with global teams.
