  • Automate firmware tests using Python, Bash, or Robot Framework and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and nightly regression systems.
  • Build, configure, maintain, and enhance hardware and software test environments and automation frameworks across multiple product lines.
  • Identify, document, track, triage, and reproduce defects; perform root-cause analysis and verify fixes.
  • Review requirements and technical specifications, assess testability and risk, and develop test strategies, data sets, and coverage for functional, stress, integration, and white-box testing.
  • Troubleshoot firmware, hardware, network, and system-interface issues using appropriate analysis and test tools.
  • Provide QA progress reports, estimates, project leadership, and sprint planning support while managing QA resources and laboratory activities.
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers, product management, project management, system engineers, customers, and cross-functional architecture teams.
  • Mentor and train junior QA engineers, lead continuous-improvement initiatives, and recommend testing standards, procedures, tools, and best practices.
